Job Summary

Sutherland Global Services Ltd is hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for the position of Fresher Analyst. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a globally respected organization. The Fresher Analyst will be responsible for supporting critical business processes, conducting data analysis, and delivering quality outcomes in line with client expectations. You will be trained by industry experts and placed on a fast track to professional growth within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow established processes to handle assigned tasks effectively.

  • Perform data entry, validation, and reporting in compliance with project requirements.

  • Analyze customer data, identify issues, and suggest improvements where possible.

  • Interact with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and ensure service delivery excellence.

  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality, accuracy, and productivity.

  • Follow quality assurance guidelines and meet individual and team performance targets.

  • Document process updates and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or similar).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.

Experience

  • Experience Level: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

  • Prior internship or project experience in analytics, customer support, or process management will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours; shift-based depending on the business requirement (including rotational shifts for global process support).

  • 5 days working per week, with two rotational weekly offs.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business processes.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to work.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
