Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support decision-making across various departments.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy for all reporting deliverables.
- Provide training and support to team members on Tableau and data visualization best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
- Participate in meetings to present findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Tableau and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, preferably with a focus on Tableau.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not required.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed to accommodate project deadlines.
