Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our remote team. As a key player in our HR department, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to drive our companys growth. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who is proficient in German and French and has a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract candidates in the German and French-speaking markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the selection process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and appeal as an employer of choice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in both German and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring teams.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of roles, preferably in multiple sectors.
- Familiarity with remote hiring practices and tools.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position. Flexibility in working hours is available, with a preference for alignment with Central European Time (CET).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges.
