Uplers is seeking a dynamic and people-centric Talent Acquisition + People Ops (HR Generalist) to support our fully remote, global workforce. This role blends end-to-end recruitment with core people operations, making it ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, distributed environments and enjoys owning the complete employee lifecycle.

You will play a critical role in attracting top talent, building scalable HR processes, and fostering an engaging employee experience aligned with Uplers’ culture and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple geographies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and talent networks.

  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.

  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from sourcing to offer rollout.

People Operations

  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.

  • Support performance management cycles, goal tracking, and feedback processes.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture-building programs.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal processes, and labor regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong experience in both talent acquisition and HR operations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience hiring for remote and global teams.

  • Familiarity with HRIS tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.


Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or People Operations roles.

  • Prior experience in a remote-first or tech-driven organization is highly preferred.

  • Experience hiring for IT, digital, or professional services roles is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote role

  • Standard business hours with flexibility to collaborate across time zones

  • Monday to Friday

  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview methodologies, and employer branding.
