Team Administrative Assistant, Global Markets Europe

Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Team Administrative Assistant to support our Global Markets Europe division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, contributing to the efficiency and success of our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will engage with various stakeholders and play a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Markets team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between team members and external contacts, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist in data entry and management, helping to maintain databases and tracking systems.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with office management software and tools is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably within finance or a related sector.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executive teams is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate team needs.
