Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Administrative Assistant to support our Global Markets Europe team in London. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting our team in delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Markets team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Facilitate team communications and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the finance or banking sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role within a corporate environment.
- Experience in the financial services or investment banking sectors is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate team needs and deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of office procedures and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with financial markets and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and promoting teamwork.
