Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Markets Europe team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update team databases, documentation, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate team events, off-site meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a financial or professional services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and accountability.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Experience in financial markets or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility as needed to support team requirements.
