Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Analyst – Cloud & IoT Support to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will provide expert-level support and analysis for cloud-based applications and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, ensuring seamless operations for global clients.
As a Digital Analyst, you will monitor, analyze, and resolve technical issues, optimize cloud and IoT operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and provide support for cloud infrastructure, IoT devices, and associated applications

Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures

Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand client requirements and provide solutions

Develop and maintain documentation for processes, troubleshooting, and best practices

Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and IoT solutions

Generate performance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making

Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency

Maintain adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards

Keep up-to-date with emerging cloud and IoT technologies and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IoT technologies

Proficiency in monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and analytics

Knowledge of networking, protocols, and security best practices for IoT and cloud systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.) is an added advantage

Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field

1–4 years of experience in cloud support, IoT operations, or digital analytics

Prior experience in B2B or enterprise cloud/IoT environments is preferred

Experience in monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution in digital operations
