Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, API guides, whitepapers, and product specifications.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content for a range of audiences.

  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and designers to gather information and validate documentation accuracy.

  • Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding across all content and communication materials.

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, software tools, and IT trends to enhance content relevance.

  • Review and revise existing content to ensure it aligns with the latest updates and company standards.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to support knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal communication needs.

  • Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms to improve accessibility and discoverability.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.

  • Proficiency in writing tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, Markdown, Confluence, or Adobe FrameMaker.

  • Familiarity with documentation tools, version control systems (Git), and content management systems (CMS).

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in an IT or software development environment.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong technical background and writing ability may also apply.

  • Experience working with agile teams or in a technology-driven organization will be an added advantage.


Working Hours:
