Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative (French-speaking) to join our remote customer care team for the night shift. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills in both French and English, a passion for solving problems, and the ability to provide exceptional technical support to clients across global markets. As a key point of contact, you will help resolve technical inquiries and ensure client satisfaction through timely and accurate troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat to French-speaking customers.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Record and manage support tickets using internal systems (CRM, ticketing tools).

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Deliver timely updates and follow-ups to clients ensuring resolution satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys products, systems, and procedures.

  • Translate technical details clearly to non-technical users.

  • Document recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, technical troubleshooting, and customer service.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

  • Proficiency in navigating support systems and tools (CRM, ticketing software, etc.).

  • Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.

  • Experience in supporting clients via remote channels (phone/email/chat) preferred.

  • Background in SaaS/IT/Telecom industries will be considered a strong asset.


Working Hours

  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Flexible time zones can be considered)

  • Monday to Friday (Weekends off or rotational off based on project requirements)

  • Strong technical aptitude and logical thinking.

  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems, and software tools.
