• Update and manage the database of contacts, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
• Follow up with candidates to gauge interest and assist with any questions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and prioritize calls accordingly.
• Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.

• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.

Experience

Working Hours
