🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and scripts.

Explain Flipkarts product features, benefits, offers, and services clearly and convincingly.

Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM tools.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Provide post-sales support and address any service concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team and report regularly to supervisors or team leaders.

Stay updated with Flipkarts latest product updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and convincing ability in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).

Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with CRM tools and MS Excel/Word.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy levels.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Ability to handle rejections and remain professional under pressure.
🎓 Experience

0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or BPO preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
⏰ Working Hours

Flexible shift options available:

Full-time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
