Job Summary
Flipkart, a leading e-commerce platform in India, is seeking motivated and dynamic Telesales Callers to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell Flipkart products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to enhance sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Strong persuasive skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
Experience
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and customer interaction are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with the option to choose shifts that best fit your schedule.
- Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
