Job Summary

Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce marketplace, is looking for dynamic and persuasive Telesales Callers to join our remote sales team. This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for self-driven individuals who are passionate about communication, sales, and customer engagement. As a Telesales Caller, you will connect with potential customers to promote products, answer queries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the given database.

  • Promote Flipkarts products, offers, and services in a persuasive manner.

  • Convert leads into confirmed orders by explaining benefits and addressing objections.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.

  • Update the CRM system with call outcomes, customer feedback, and order statuses.

  • Follow up on potential leads and keep customers engaged.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.

  • Provide a professional and friendly customer experience with every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass or any graduate (any stream).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in speaking Hindi and basic English (regional language proficiency is a plus).

  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.

  • Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and online calling tools.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or customer service roles.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with full-time or part-time shifts available.

  • Typically between 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Sunday is generally off unless part of a promotional campaign.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills.

  • Confidence to handle rejections and objections professionally.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
