Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Trainee Engineers from Mechanical and Civil engineering backgrounds to join our dynamic team. This is a perfect opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in engineering and eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects. Selected candidates will be trained under experienced professionals and involved in various stages of engineering design, execution, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of engineering projects on-site or off-site.

  • Support senior engineers with documentation, analysis, and technical drawings.

  • Conduct field surveys, collect data, and prepare technical reports.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

  • Perform basic design calculations and assist in preparing BOQs and estimates.

  • Follow all safety and quality control standards applicable to engineering works.

  • Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving during project execution.

  • Learn and apply modern engineering tools and software to support technical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

  • Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, or manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD or similar design tools.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Freshers only (0–1 year of experience).

  • Internship or academic project experience in relevant fields will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexibility may be required depending on project demands or site conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and construction materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Passionate about the engineering field and committed to continuous learning.
