Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and review of site plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor and supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, progress logs, and incident reports.
• Assist in the implementation of site safety plans and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience:

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required based on project demands.
