Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects on-site.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify any issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback to project managers and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with site inspections, project management software, or construction processes is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on project deadlines.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
