Job Overview
We are hiring a Virtual Accountant to join our fully remote finance team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented finance professionals who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure compliance, and contribute to financial planning and reporting—all from the comfort of home.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals

Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure tax compliance and assist with audits

Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements

Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities

Collaborate with management to improve financial procedures and reporting

Utilize cloud accounting software for daily operations (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books)
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is preferred

2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles

Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS principles
