Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant – Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation required for meetings and projects.
- Conduct research and gather information to support various initiatives and projects.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance.
- Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
- Previous exposure to diverse business sectors is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with a commitment of 20-40 hours per week, depending on project needs and personal availability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or financial processes is advantageous.
