ShopEase Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive e-commerce support to our growing online business operations. This remote role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about e-commerce. You will play a key role in managing online store operations, supporting customers, handling product listings, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for stock updates.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process orders, returns, and refunds while ensuring accuracy in transaction records.

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets for sales and performance tracking.

  • Research market trends, competitor pricing, and product opportunities.

  • Support the marketing team with promotional campaigns, product descriptions, and social media updates.

  • Ensure accurate digital filing and documentation of e-commerce operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and e-commerce tools.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or WooCommerce is an advantage.

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce support, customer service, or virtual assistance.

  • Freshers with strong digital skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
