Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as email management, scheduling, and client correspondence.

  • Conduct online research and summarize findings clearly.

  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and send reminders.

  • Provide customer support through chat, email, or calls as per the clients operational needs.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

  • High level of professionalism and responsibility in handling client-facing duties.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar virtual assistant, remote administrative, or customer support role preferred.

  • Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.


Working Hours

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)

  • Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

  • Flexibility for extended hours or different time zones may occasionally be required depending on client location.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of online communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Trello.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and task management software is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Cultural sensitivity and global work etiquette.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
