  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable administrative position.
  • Experience working in the airline industry or a large corporation is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours. The expected commitment is approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of adjusting hours based on workload and availability.
