Virtual Assistant (Part-time Contract)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and organization.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support for various departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members by coordinating training materials and schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours; specific schedule to be agreed upon with management.
