Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Conduct market research to support business development initiatives and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the development of metrics to measure success.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The majority of work will be performed remotely, with occasional meetings scheduled during regular business hours (PST).
