Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficient typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with chat support software and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Experience
- No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
