Key Responsibilities

  • Reformat Word documents for consistency in fonts, headers, spacing, bulleting, alignment, and section breaks.

  • Clean up formatting issues, apply pre-set styles and templates, and ensure a polished, professional appearance.

  • Insert tables, charts, and page numbers as required, ensuring layout accuracy.

  • Work with scanned or converted documents (OCR-based) and re-type/edit sections to improve readability.

  • Perform quality checks on completed documents to ensure formatting standards are met.

  • Organize digital files for easy retrieval and naming convention compliance.

  • Collaborate remotely with content teams or supervisors on assigned document tasks.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word—including styles, formatting tools, and templates.

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency and alignment.

  • Basic understanding of editing principles and document structure.
