Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and moderate online communities across platforms (social media, forums, groups, etc.).

  • Create engaging posts, updates, and discussion topics to encourage participation.

  • Respond promptly to community questions, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Monitor online activity and ensure compliance with community guidelines.

  • Collect insights and feedback from community members to share with internal teams.

  • Organize virtual events, Q&A sessions, and campaigns to drive community growth.

  • Track engagement metrics and provide regular reports on community performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience

Working Hours
