  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM systems.

Experience

Working Hours
