- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product updates and customer service best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, with a requirement to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Availability during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
