  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and office organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana).

Working Hours

  • Part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Flexible hours with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work depending on executive needs.
