Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.

Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure brand and visual consistency.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve user experience and design efficiency.

Translate business and technical requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UX principles, and emerging technologies.

Ensure that all designs align with accessibility standards and device responsiveness.

Work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment using digital tools such as Figma, Slack, and Trello.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in UI/UX design or a strong design portfolio showcasing digital work.

Proficiency in Figma — including auto-layout, component creation, prototyping, and collaboration features.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar tools.

Strong understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience creating responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Knowledge of user testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a virtual setup.

Working Hours:

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
