Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.

  • Experience using customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRMs) is a plus.

  • Training will be provided for candidates with strong potential and a positive attitude.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Full-time: 30-40 hours per week.

  • Part-time roles available based on scheduling needs.
