Key Responsibilities:

- Organization: Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse environment, including proper labeling and storage of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet operational goals and improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on and accurately process detailed information.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining an organized workspace.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during warehouse operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience with inventory management systems or order fulfillment processes is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with variable shifts. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
