Warehouse Logistics Operator

Job Summary: Fresher Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Operator to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our operations, you will manage the flow of goods and materials through our warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is accurately tracked and efficiently handled. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all items.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines and customer specifications. Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Optimize space utilization and implement efficient storage solutions.
• Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with carriers for the shipment and receipt of goods. Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular inspections and report any safety concerns.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following proper safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with or without certification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as needed.
