Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Accurately monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading goods, inspecting shipments for damages, and ensuring the correct quantity is received.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, organizing the warehouse and ensuring items are stored in appropriate locations.
• Logistics Support: Assist with routing deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and working closely with the logistics team.
• Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks to ensure the products meet standards before they are shipped.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments to meet performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners, forklifts, and inventory software.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in stock management and order fulfillment.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience

• Entry-Level: No prior experience required, but any experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is beneficial.
• Training: On-the-job training will be provided, and opportunities for skill development are available.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible shifts.
• Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the possibility of rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
