HR Service Jobs is hiring a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations for one of our leading client partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring safety standards, and driving efficient processes across the storage, distribution, and dispatch functions. This position is best suited for candidates with strong leadership skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a background in logistics or supply chain management. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in ensuring timely fulfillment, stock accuracy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Manage and lead warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance targets

Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock control systems

Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments for smooth operations

Manage inbound and outbound shipments and resolve discrepancies with vendors or transporters

Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations and company policies

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track and improve processes

Implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics practices

Proficiency in WMS or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Inventory

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehousing and transportation
Experience:

3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in a logistics/distribution environment

Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail supply chains will be a plus
Working Hours:

Full-time position

Monday to Saturday

Shift timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility based on operational needs)

Availability for overtime or extended hours during high-volume periods
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Understanding of inventory forecasting, FIFO/LIFO methods, and warehouse layout planning

Ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports

Hands-on approach to training, coaching, and motivating team members

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

Physical ability to oversee warehouse floor activities when needed
