Job Summary: Fresher Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and preparing shipping documentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and manage the storage of products in the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company guidelines and customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or discrepancies before shipment and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other warehouse activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure a safe working space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk or similar role is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is highly desirable. Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes will be considered a strong asset.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work occasional overtime or adjusted shifts may be required based on business needs.
