Warehouse – Shopper Team Member

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Utilize handheld scanners and other technology to track and manage inventory and orders.
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged to meet Amazons quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
• Support other warehouse functions as required, including restocking and order returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus but not required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Typical shift duration ranges from 8 to 12 hours.

• Proficiency in using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
