Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Shipping and Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying contents and inspecting for damage.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following established procedures for storage and handling.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and shipments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately handle inventory and process orders with precision.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse environment.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
Experience:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Training: On-the-job training will be provided for all necessary warehouse processes and equipment operation.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with typical working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on operational needs.
