Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in the warehouse.
• Support the team in other related tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
• Any relevant internships or volunteer work will be considered an asset.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, with shifts available from Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
