• Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling items correctly.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist in the training of new warehouse staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks consistently.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and best practices.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available, with flexibility for weekends and evenings as needed.
• Typical shifts range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on operational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry.
