Warehouse Worker (Early Morning Shift)

Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker for our early morning shift in Brampton. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of contents against purchase orders.
• Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management, including conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and timelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is an asset but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes is a plus.

Working Hours

• Early morning shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
