Key Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and updates in the inventory management system.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks consistently.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or material handling role is a plus, but not required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours
