Job Summary
Waste Management is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Trash Collectors. As a vital part of our operations, Trash Collectors are responsible for the safe and efficient collection of waste from residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and transport waste and recycling materials from designated locations to disposal sites.
- Operate collection vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of collection areas.
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in regular safety training and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize collection routes and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate large vehicles and equipment safely.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours
