What You’ll Do

  • Design experiences for Ramp.com with a focus on increasing email submission conversions.
  • Partner with Growth PMs, Brand, and Web Engineering to develop, launch, and iterate on experiments.
  • Analyze user behavior to uncover insights and generate testable design hypotheses.
  • Build reusable, high-performing components informed by experiment outcomes.
  • Track experiment performance and refine designs based on data.
  • Contribute to evolving Ramp’s design patterns to scale learnings across multiple page variants.
