Job Overview
Wipro is hiring motivated individuals for the position of Remote IT Helpdesk Support to work during night shifts. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude and communication skills, looking to build a career in IT support while working from home.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support to global users via phone, chat, or email

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues

Log and track incidents and service requests in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Follow standard operating procedures and provide timely updates to users

Assist with password resets, system access issues, and email troubleshooting

Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0–2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles

Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking concepts

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to work night shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems preferred
