Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Work from Home Calling Executives. This remote role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting clients, and ensuring professional customer interactions. Ideal for freshers, return-to-work professionals, students, and part-timers looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to explain products, services, or offers.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, address issues, and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain customer database by recording all interactions using internal tools.

  • Follow up with leads and ensure proper communication flow.

  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions and adhere to calling scripts and communication standards.

  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting metrics.

  • Coordinate with the team leader or supervisor for training, updates, and performance feedback.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; graduates are preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.).

  • Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, internet usage, and common communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp).

  • Calm and composed personality, especially when handling rejection or customer concerns.


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or voice process roles.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in call centers, BPOs, or client service roles is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available – Part-time and Full-time options.

  • Morning, Afternoon, and Evening slots to choose from.

  • Candidates must commit to a minimum of 4 hours/day, 5 days a week.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with energy and a customer-first attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines and call targets.

  • A quiet, dedicated space at home with good internet connectivity.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems.
