Job Summary:
Fresher Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team as a Work from Home Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing clinical trials, ensuring they comply with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to clinical research teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical research trials from start to finish, ensuring that studies are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities to ensure all timelines, budgets, and protocols are adhered to.
- Review and approve study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and clinical study reports.
- Provide support and training to clinical research associates (CRAs) and other team members.
- Ensure the accurate collection, reporting, and management of clinical trial data.
- Ensure that regulatory submissions are completed on time and maintain accurate documentation throughout the study lifecycle.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to clinical trials and provide guidance for problem resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in clinical research.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a Senior CRA or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple trials simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Proven experience in the management and oversight of clinical trials, particularly in Phase I-III clinical trials.
- Experience in working with global or multi-site studies is preferred.
- Previous experience in remote roles is a plus, as well as experience in using remote collaboration tools.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, with flexible hours. As a contractor, you will have the ability to manage your schedule to meet the needs of your projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
