  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to facilitate seamless communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with international markets and customer preferences is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours, with the expectation to cover different time zones based on business needs. Availability for evening or weekend shifts may be required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting common issues related to products or services.
  • Competence in handling customer complaints and escalations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
