As a Workplace Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Schneider Electric—creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This dynamic role blends hospitality, facilities coordination, and customer service to enhance day-to-day workplace experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, manage visitor access, and support new employee onboarding.
- Ensure floor-level excellence, including meeting room setups, kitchen upkeep, and supply management.
- Conduct safety checks and act as First Aider, Fire Marshal, and Security Coordinator.
- Support events, wellness programs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide basic AV/tech support and maintain digital signage content.
- Coordinate contractors, manage facility requests, and support audits.
